Unbelievable. I am up four pounds this morning. I know I ate a bit too much at dinner, but still. Come ON!! Four? 265 this morning. I am just going to throw up my hands and give up.
Today I'm eating lunch at Outback Steakhouse for the NARFE holiday party and then dinner out at Lakeside for Free Wine Thursday, like always. There is just no hope for me.
Meanwhile, I am, however, very proud of Mark. He is being installed today as Vice-President of the Plant City, FL chapter of NARFE, National Active and Retired Federal Employees. He has been very active for the rights and benefits of Federal retirees like himself and current employees since he retired in 2007. Way to go, Mark!
