This up and down yo-yo on my weight is getting very annoying. Another good day and another pound gained. 279.6 this morning. Last night I actually googled "unexplained weight gain" only to get scared by things like pituitary tumors and Cushing's Syndrome. Geez. I'm sure there's nothing seriously wrong with me, but I am frustrated by the inability to drop any weight while I've had a long stretch at home, eating and planning perfectly nutritious and low-calorie meals without a bit of snacking or alcohol. Once we go away on the train for two weeks come this Wednesday, it's going to get harder. This was the perfect month to drop some weight, but it didn't happen. It's beyond frustrating.
