42nd Anniversary fun.

The morning of our anniversary, Dec. 21, Duffy chose to sleep in.
We had a blast with our two nights at Old Key West, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Universal's Islands of Adventure, and Epcot.  Today is Christmas Day, and we plan to see a double feature at Disney Springs and then eat Chinese Food.  So much fun and so many pictures.  I'm going to post a few here, but it will take several days to post them all.  LOL! I put this first group of pictures in the wrong place.  So it's the second day first.  Sorry but enjoy anyway.
Mark and I headed out to get breakfast.

These two were singing Christmas carols in the lobby.

On the way to breakfast.

After a delicious breakfast at the OKW sit-down restaurant, Olivia's, we took a little rest on a chaise lounge before putting on our suits.

It was a sunny day in the low 80s, perfect for swimming in the heated Disney pool.

Then we played the poolside trivia game of guessing Disney songs, their movie title and character who sings it.  We tied for first!

Then it was time for lunch at the poolside quick service.  I also had a Mickey head gingerbread cookie.

We changed and took the water taxi over to Disney Springs.

Mark called his cousin Arnie to wish him a Happy Hanukkah.

We are playing a scavenger hunt of finding Stitch with a gift in various stores.  This was our first one.

The Patisserie was another one.

Somewhere up high in each store is a picture of Stitch holding a gift, and that's the sticker we have to put into the booklet.

WOW!  The Patisserie had a display of Disney Springs made out of gingerbread and chocolate.

We also walked down the Christmas Tree Trail.

Stitch had his own tree, and it was also a sticker for the game.

We turned the sticker booklet in for a big button when it was completed.

In the evening we had our anniversary dinner at the Paddlefish, which used to be the Empress Lily paddlewheeler and then became Fulton's Crabhouse.  It's still shaped like a boat, but it looks more like a modern hotel now.

Jerked trout!  Amazing.

And a complimentary Key Lime pie to share for dessert.  Spectacular.

So here's where the pictures from the first day start.
Duffy begged to go with us, so he put on his "Hanukah" sweater and waited by the luggage.

At Hollywood Studios we met Starlord and baby Groot!

Lunch at Pizzarizzo was very easy because we ate late and it was uncrowded.

Taking a break outside Muppet Vision 3D.

Enjoying a special cocktail while waiting for our Frozen show fastpass time.

The Frozen Sing-Along show now includes the storyline and songs from Olaf's  new cartoon.

Hollywood Tower of Terror and the street leading up to it are now all special for the holidays to try to take the place of the Osborne Lights.  It was ok, but not as good as Osborne Lights.
