Fun times

We really enjoyed our day yesterday.  It started off with using half price tickets from Living Social at Ripley's Believe it Or Not in Orlando.  Then we had a super delicious KOSHER lunch at the Kosher Grill only a few blocks away from Ripley's.  Mark had schwarma hummus and I had a falafel.  All excellent.  Then we drove straight to Fort Wilderness at WDW to join our Solivita Disney Fan Club for the Hoop-De-Doo Revue.  While everyone else had fried chicken and barbecued pork ribs, we had pasta primavera and grilled salmon with sauteed veggies.  We also shared the corn, cornbread, salad, mashed potatoes, and strawberry shortcake that everyone else got.  The show was a lot of fun, which we had not seen since we took Lowell there when he was 7.  It was definitely a great day!
The building is made to look like it's sinking into a sink hole!

Portrait of John Lennon carved into a phone book.

Really cool musical car.

Gigantic portrait of Jimi Hendrix made out of playing cards.

Finally, someone who make Mark look short.

Me and the biggest tire in the world!

Me and a chunk of the Berlin Wall.

Mark had fun at the shooting gallery.

Even though this tiny car is road-worthy and driveable, I'm pretty sure neither Mark nor I are going to fit in there!

Perfect table, perfect view at the show.

We enjoyed playing checkers at Fort Wilderness.

Today we are heading over to Hollywood Studios to meet up with some friends from Maryland that we know fro Goddard and from the MAD group, Goddard's theater group.  We plan to have lunch with them and hang out a little bit before heading home to grocery shop and make the Thursday evening Solivita movie.

Love our life here.
