GETTING READY TO GO!

The Orioles lost to Tampa yesterday, but we still had a great time with Bob and Jane.  I packed a good lunch, then we went to TooJay's for dinner.  i had plained baked salmon and double portion of steamed broccoli.  It was a good day, and I weigh 268.8 this morning for my official Monday weigh-in.  That's a loss of 1 1/2 pounds for the week, and I'll take it.

Tomorrow morning we drive off to Tallahassee to start our nine week road trip.  My goad is to lose 15 pounds during that time.  I hope that I weigh in the mid-to-low 250s when i return.

Today we are packing and taking Mark to the dermatologist in the afternoon for the removal of more of the area around the mole.  We still don't know what kind of cancer, if any, this mole was, but we will find out and report it tomorrow.

Of course, I'm taking my laptop on the trip.  I will write blogs when I have a chance.  I plan to put up at least one picture on Facebook each day to let people know where we are.

Meanwhile, here is the complete itinerary for the trip.  Each city noted by a date is where we are spending the night on those dates.  Sometimes the places I said we would visit are in other towns along the way.
