Best Seder EVER!

It was truly the best seder ever at Cindy's house on the first night of Passover.  We had a great time with all of us.  It had been 8 years since Evey attended a seder, and it was the first time for Eric.  I think it might have been 12 years since Evey and Lowell were together at a seder.  Since it was also her birthday, we realized it was 11 years since Evey and Lowell celebrated her birthday together.  Crazy.

On Saturday we put Evey and Eric on the train to go to NJ to celebrate Easter with his family.  That's today!  They had a lovely walk on a the ocean and then a late afternoon dinner out.  Lowell and Emily also went out to a restaurant with her parents for Easter.  Later, they were playing with the dogs in Pat and Phil's backyard.  Mark and I went to Mishkan Torah this morning, had lunch in our little apartment, took a walk, and then read and relaxed in the apartment.

it's been a great holiday so far!

Breakfast at the Linthicum Luncheteria on Evey's birthday, April 3.

Evey made pareve Passover frosting for the cake I bought.

She added some letters and decorations to it.

Emily, Lowell, Evey, and Eric getting ready for a birthday party before the seder.

She had a lot of fun opening presents and cards.

Then they cleaned up and set the table again for the seder.

It's all looking great!

About to sit down and start the seder.

Mark especially enjoyed the opportunity to bless both of his children!

The next day they got on the train to NJ.

We shall see them next in Hawaii for my birthday.

Mark and I had a very low key seder the second night in our Towneplace Suites apartment.
